Great facility! I started taking my (now 8 month old) dog, Leo here for Puppy classes. Leo learns SO much from these classes as well as learns how to avoid distractions (other dogs, other people etc). 4 dogs maximum per class which is great! Lots of personal attention even during group classes. If dogs are at different levels per exercise, they are given different adjustments based on that. The confidence building at the end of classes are huge for Leo-he went from being afraid of tunnels to running right through them! We will continue training through adulthood with him. Highly recommend!

Our 9-mo old puppy LOVES puppy playgroup. Zoom room is the ideal environment for puppies to learn appropriate social skills and play behavior - which is critical to their interactions with other dogs for the rest of their life. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and we all (humans and puppy) have learned SO much

We have attended a couple of agility classes with our dog, Sawyer. We love the small group sizes, flexibility of scheduling, and positive reinforcement based training. Sawyer seems to really enjoy the classes too!

My dog definitely is having a lot of fun here. The facility is really clean. And I learned that this place can even host doggie birthday party with disco lights on. We would come back book with them. Parking is convenient, there is free parking in the back but remember to register to avoid receiving ticket or warning.

We brought our 9 week old Lagotto Romagnolo to the Preschool Puppy course and had the best time! We learned so much in the class, it was fun, and we left with a tired pup! We chose Zoom Room because of the flexibility with class times and not having to sign up for a 5-6 week commitment. Great instructors, clean facility, highly recommend for a new puppy!

Worth the drive from the suburbs! We had a private evening session with our One Tail at a Time foster dog. It was the perfect way to get our agility feet wet and challenge him. The team at Zoom Room helped us work through a few combinations with different tips and guidance. By the time our session was over, our pup was exhausted and we were making plans to bring our resident dog in for a session!

This place is amazing! Everyone here has been so kind, knowledgeable, and we always come away feeling like they truly care for our puppy and his success. One of the biggest things I've learned here was to be patient and understanding of how our dog progresses with his training. It's enabled us to trust in the process, and we've seen great progress in a short amount of time. We're very excited to continue our classes here, and so happy it's in the neighborhood!

Outstanding first session with Lori and Cocoa at Zoom Room! They were kind, patient, and incredibly effective. We learned great strategies and exercises for our SKG that we could apply right away—our dog learned sit, stay, and down in the first half hour! Skip the online searches and come here. Highly recommend this location!

2 years ago we adopted 2 pups who had 5 siblings. We all kept in touch with each other and get together every so often to the sibling pups can have some playtime together. This was our first time visiting here, and I was beyond happy with everything about it! Easy to access with parking literally 10ft from the entrance. The pups had the best time, and really enjoyed some of the obstacle challenges. Before we left, we bought a couple toys (the pups earned it!). Will definitely make the trip back here!

Another Chance Training with Shir

As a behavioral dog trainer myself , where I take my own dog for enrichment and training is usually challenging. You might say I’m pretty picky when it comes to my chocolate lab Chance. Well , I finally found a place that not only meets my standards, but they go above and beyond my expectations! I started taking Chance here a few months ago. He is the classic chocolate lab - derpy from nose to tail. And he absolutely loves Zoom Room ! He perks up the moment we drive into their parking lot. And might I add , he is learning ! And building confidence! He has TPLO surgery a year ago , so he’s not so confident with his back legs …. But a few months in he is using those back legs like a pro ! And more importantly, having so much fun ! Special thank you to Allie (I hope I spelled her name right!) who is the trainer for Puplates on Saturday mornings. She is engaging, knowledgeable, and all the pups and the humans love her! She also remembers your dog after their first class which is very special. Can’t end this review without calling attention to Lori , who I think is literally there every day all day ! She is so incredible with her team. You can tell she’s a wonderful leader by how much her entire team love their jobs. Thank you Allie, Lori, and Zoom Room ! I highly recommend Zoom Room for group training - partial to Puplates because that’s Chance’s favorite Saturday morning tradition.
